The secret of a holy life
Herein lies the secret of a
holy life - the continuous appropriation of Jesus Christ and all
the riches of His grace for every need as it arises….Our
sanctification is limited only by our limitation in the
knowledge of, and our lack of obedience to, the Word of God. For
by the Word sin is made known, conscience is awakened, the
character and example of Christ are revealed, and the enabling
power of the Holy Spirit is placed at the believer's disposal.
